His falling from grace

         Once upon a time, God decided to make humans. Why? He wanted someone with will power to obey Him. Mind you , He already had angels by the millions to worship him but they had no will of their own.
        There was one who was not an angel yet had worshipped his way to the echelons of being considered one of them. He was a Djinn by the name of Iblis. He had worshipped God so much so that not a single place was left in the universe where he hadn't bowed his head in front of his Lord.
         Before God made humans the angels asked Him " Our Lord , why would you want to create something that will only wreak havoc ?" to which He said, " I know that which you do not." God made Adam, He taught him the names of all there is in this universe. He then tested both the angels and Adam and  when Adam came out victorious, He demanded of the angels to prostrate before
Adam.
       Iblis however did not do so. Too proud was he, that's why he didn't. He boasted of being made of fire while Adam was made of soil! For this ,God decided to banish him from heaven. Iblis however asked of God to give him till the day of judgment to lead humans astray. God granted him the time and said that no matter how hard he will try His loyal men won't be led astray.
      So here we are, on this earth with the devil and with time...



                                       

 

                                          The devil may have cared once
                                          Now he may cry
                                          for all I care
                                          He has no one to pry
                                          his fingers off his own neck
                                          God was right when He said
                                          Let the devil try!
